Begin with a question, not a complete history

Choose what you want to understand first: shared grocery spending, the cost of a project or your household's assets and liabilities. Create a scope you can maintain and add a few records. Check the resulting entries before adding months of history. You do not have to connect a bank account; Suiwise does not ask for your bank login.

This approach gives you control over what you enter, with the responsibility to keep it accurate and current. A recordkeeping app sees the information you provide. It cannot know that a transaction is missing simply because a total appears on a dashboard.

Capture, review and correct

You can record an expense by typing, speaking or scanning a receipt. AI-assisted features help organise the information you submit. Open a saved record to check its amount, date, currency and category. Correct it when the saved result does not match the source.

That review step is central to how we describe AI you can check. It is not a claim of professional audit certification, perfect AI answers or access to a model's internal reasoning. The practical standard is that you can inspect the recorded outcome and correct mistakes.

Connect the daily records with the bigger picture

Spending and income help you understand a period. Assets and outstanding liabilities help you understand a snapshot. Suiwise keeps those views in one workspace, including cash, investments, property, vehicles and debt. Keep estimated values and source dates clear when you record them.

Your first overview can be incomplete. Note the accounts or currencies you have not included rather than treating a partial total as your whole financial position. The value comes from a picture you can explain and maintain over time.

Bring a household into a shared view

Family Pro supports up to four members in an in-app household. Before inviting someone, agree which records are shared and who maintains them. Shared finance works better when people understand the boundary between household costs and personal information.

Suiwise is a recordkeeping workspace, not a payment or automatic bill-settlement service. Keep banking actions in your bank or payment service and confirm that a payment happened there. A shared ledger supports a conversation; it does not decide what is fair for your family.

Understand the service before committing

No bank connection does not mean no cloud processing. Suiwise processes the records you enter, and AI, voice and receipt requests may involve service providers. Read the privacy policy, check the data and privacy controls in Profile and review current plan details in the app. Personal Pro and Family Pro subscriptions and AI usage have their own terms and limits.

Suiwise is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It helps organise financial information and does not replace professional advice. If the workflow helps, an honest store review can describe the task you completed and what could improve. Specific feedback helps us make a small product more useful, without requiring a positive rating.
